On the queue ticket, it will have the queue number and also show how many people are in front of his/her turn, and he or she could find a seat to wait in the waiting area, to either read books or enjoy entertainment from the mobile phone. When the staff calls his or her number, he or she need to show the number so it also avoid jumping queue.
