How long is the warranty?
The standard warranty is 1 year. The warranty is expandable to be 5-years. When you have special requirements for the warranty, please discuss it with our sales representative.
How long is the lead time?
The lead time is generally 30days for self-service kiosks and vending machines, and 10 to 20days for digital signage
How should I place my order?
As most of the products are with different options and are customizable, before you place the order, our sales representative will discuss and confirm the design and configuration with you. When you are ready to place the order, we will issue the Proforma Invoice with our bank remittance info, and you may arrange the payment according to the agreed payment terms on the PI, and share the payment slip when it is available.
The international wire transfer generally takes 1-3 working days, once the payment is acknowledged by our Financial Manager, your order will be activated in our system.
How will you ship the goods?
Generally, the goods could be shipped by Express, by Air, by Sea, by Train, by Land.

The standard package is 3 layers:
