What is the VTM

A virtual teller machine is an efficient and smart terminal for financial and non-financial institutions to provide convenient and customized services, such as New account opening, New card issuing, Old Card replacing, Cheque depository, Cashless remittance, Cash Depository etc.

The customers could perform banking transactions through a virtual teller machine, while interacting with tellers located at call centers or other branches through video conferencing.

Usually the VTM consists with touch monitor, KYC for face, fingerprint, voice, digital signature, etc., POS or unattendant payment terminals for card reader, NFC reader and EPP, card printer, Cheque scanner, A4 printer. It is optional to have cash handling modules like cash acceptor, cash dispenser, coin acceptor and coin hopper.
