Quotation and terms negotiation

Our sales team will offer you the quotation according to the demands.

The negotiation time mainly depends on the buyer's schedule. Our team will respond within 1 day.

 Payment

Acknowledge payment according to the sales contract.

1 to 3 working days for international wire transfers.

We accept payment from the company account only; we are unable to receive payment from the private account.

Drawing approval 

Provide drawing for approval before production

Once we have the payment slip, we will start to make the drawing, which takes about 5 to 7 working days to finish.

Components collecting

50% to 80% of the electrical devices are outsourced, and we will order the components from our reliable suppliers to ensure the kiosk has good quality and stable performance.

About 7 to 25 days

Production

Production usually means cabinet production, including metal sheet cutting, welding, riveting, sanding, powder coating, assembly, etc.

It usually takes about 25 days after the drawing is approved.

Component collection and production are usually handled parallelly.

Assembly

Assemble the components and the cabinet, properly connecting the components, and making sure it's easy and convenient to do maintenance in the future.

It will take about 1 to 3 days.

Test

After the components and cabinet are properly assembled, we will check if the components are easy to use and maintain. 

It will take about 3 to 7 days.

Packing

The standard package is 3 layers: poly bag, form corner protectors, and wooden case.

Shipping

Our business term is usually ex-work, but we can also help arrange the shipping by courier, by air, by sea, or by train.

A: Yes, you can when the order quantity is more than 100 units.

Q: How long is the warranty time?

A:  The standard warranty is 1 year. The warranty is expandable to be 5-year. When you have special requirements for the warranty, please discuss it with our sales representative.

Q: How long is the lead time?

A: The lead time is generally 30 days for self-service kiosks and vending machines, and 10 to 20 days for digital signage
